If you have privacy or security concerns, please read our policies below before booking. Discounted rates are available with a referral from a legal aid or domestic violence agency.
Company Policies
Privacy: Transactions will appear as "SOECONSULTINGSERVICES" on your credit card statement. If you have privacy concerns, please notify your coach prior to purchasing.
Refund Policy: You may request a refund prior to your first session by alerting your coach or emailing info@stomping-on-eggshells.com. A $15 chargeback fee applies to all refunds. If your coach has provided any coaching services, including new client intake and email communications, services will be deducted at a rate of $150/hour. You can expect your refund within 10 days. After coaching sessions have begun, no refunds on unused sessions will be given. You have 12 months from the date of purchase to use your prepaid sessions. Sessions cannot be transferred to other individuals.
Session Cancelations: We prepare for your sessions in advance. Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule or you may risk forfeiting your session. Sessions will begin and end at your scheduled time. If you are late to join, have to leave early, or are a no show, you will not be credited for time missed, and your session will not be extended past its scheduled end time.
